Taste of the Hawaiian Range

For 21 years, Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian range has spotlighted an impressive lineup of local chefs who create fresh, nutritious food produced locally in Hawai‘i. This much anticipated event allows participants to sample unique culinary creations while learning about island agriculture. The stars of the evening include dishes prepared with pasture-raised beef, lamb, goat, mutton and pork with adventurous opportunities to taste unique cuts of beef such as tongue, tail and bull testicles (aka Rocky Mountain Oysters).
